ROOM LAYOUTS & RESOURCES
Room/Resource Checklist:
- Keep scrolling to see photos of room layout. Number of chairs and other items in the room will be listed under each room name
- Rooms MUST be set up exactly like the photo
- ALL trash must be taken out
- Any items brought in, i.e. decorations, supplies must be removed
- No food/drinks can be stored in the kitchen
- Tables must be put back in the Storage Room in the Youth Center bldg. There is a photo of the Storage room and the way it should look.
- Chairs must be returned to whatever room they were removed from
- Any soiled linens must be put in the white clothes hamper in the Storage Room in the Youth Center bldg
- Please notify Event Coordinator if linens were used
- Floors must be swept.
- Brooms are located in the closet on the left side of the Chapel stage & the Youth Room closet
- If needed, floors must be mopped.
- Mop/bucket is located in The Pointe utility closet (near the coffee bar)
