John & Brittany DePriest have been married for 13 years and have 2 sons. John is in recovery from being an alcoholic for nearly 2 decades. He went through a detox facility, inpatient rehab, as well as intensive outpatient rehab in April of 2022. Through his recovery journey, he has felt a strong desire to help those who are bound by addiction. He is also now a licensed minister. Brittany was the one who set up John’s rehabilitation. After spending 11 years of their marriage on the addiction rollercoaster, she has found her passion for helping families piece themselves back together. Together they teach the recovery class on Tuesday nights at The Pointe on campus. They also have bible study options!
