A Cubit Length
In this message, we're reminded that sometimes we're just a 'cubit short' of reaching our goals or fulfilling God's purpose for our lives. The story of Ehud from Judges 3 teaches us that God can use the most unlikely people and the simplest tools to accomplish great things. Ehud, a left-handed man from the smallest tribe, used a small dagger - just a cubit long - to defeat a powerful enemy king. This narrative encourages us to recognize that we don't need grand resources or abilities to make a significant impact. Often, it's just that extra 'cubit' of faith, effort, or commitment that can bridge the gap between where we are and where God wants us to be. We're challenged to identify areas in our lives where we might be falling short and to seek that 'cubit more' of dedication, prayer, or service that could lead to breakthrough and victory.
